The musical "Bright Red Kapok" premiered at Zhongshan Culture & Art Center on May 17. It depicts the touching stories of revolutionary patriots represented by Yang Yin, who pursued his aspirations with resolute regardless of their costs.

The stage design represents the old Cuihang Village, where the Former Residence of Yang Yin is located, bringing audiences back to that arduous time.

On the evening of May 16, a full dress rehearsal for the musical is conducted at Zhongshan Culture & Art Center.
