The oil painting "Yang Yin's New Journey" created by Xu Ming, an oil painter in Zhongshan, in two months, tells the story of Yang Yin's transformation from an adviser of salt affairs to a member of the Communist Party of China.
"I came to Zhongshan from Guizhou and now live in Cuiheng Village. I did not expect that there was such an inspirational revolutionary martyr here. After I learned about his life, I was moved by Yang Yin's revolutionary spirit." Xu Ming said.
In the picture, under the light of a kerosene lamp, three friends are sharing their views on the Chinese revolution. "The whole painting is 2 meters tall and 1.8 meters wide. The collision of warm and cold colors adds a sense of tension. Yang Yin was admired for abandoning his comforts and dedicating himself to the country. I want to pay tribute to him through this work."
