The musical "Star of Day and Night- Yang Yin" was put on stage by the Guangdong Xiangshan Cantonese Opera Troupe from the Guangdong Dance and Drama College on the evening of August 28 at the Zhongshan Culture & Art Center.

It is a revolution musical based on the true stories of Yang Yin, one of the important early leaders of the CPC, a staunch proletarian revolutionary, a famous labor movement leader, an important leader of the early military affairs of the CPC, and one of the important pioneers of intelligence security work. The musical looks at Yang Yin's stories to praise his integrity and fighting spirit through Cantonese opera.
