With the theme of "Inheriting and Promoting Revolutionary Genes", a seminar was held to mark the 130th anniversary of Yang Yin's birth at the Museum of Dr Sun Yat-sen on August 29.

Experts and scholars discussed Yang Yin's unremitting struggle, selfless dedication, arduous exploration and remarkable efforts towards achieving national independence and people's liberation at the meeting.

Yang Yin's granddaughter Cui Jingwei and other relatives attended the seminar.

On the same day, an arts and calligraphy exhibition marking the 130th anniversary of Yang Yin's birth also opened at the Museum of Dr Sun Yat-sen.
