[Video] From Xiangshan to Zhongshan

Sun Yat-sen (Sun Zhongshan) passed away on March 12, 1925. A month later, on April 15, 1925, the Guangzhou Generalissimo Mansion passed a resolution to rename Sun's hometown, Xiangshan County, to Zhongshan County. It was both a tribute to his legacy and a call to carry forward the "Zhongshan spirit" as a symbol of national revival. A simple renaming carries a century of memories.
