Fuhua Avenue takes on a new look with the pictures, poems and slogans painted on walls to promote drunk dragon culture. Fuhua Avenue is one of the 16 streets that Western District plans to renovate in 2017. Western District is famous for its drunk dragon culture, one of China’s Intangible Cultural Heritages.
