A total of 100 kindergarten children from South District gathered in Zhan's Garden to participate in their first assembly, the "First Writing Ceremony", on the morning of May 19.

The first writing ceremony is a traditional custom to celebrate the beginning of the formative education for children where they will learn academic skills and life philosophy. It is of great educational significance for every child who is about to start school.
