Affected by the global epidemic, some enterprises in Zhongshan temporarily have some "redundant" employees due to the reduction of foreign trade orders, while some enterprises have received abundant orders but have been short on manpower.
To cope with uneven employment, Zhongshan is guiding enterprises to solve this problem of periodic employment through "employee sharing", which is a beneficial practice to stabilize employment and promote corporate development.
On the evening of July 29, CCTV's Focus Report program made a special report on Zhongshan's "employee sharing".
In order to serve enterprises better and promote employment, the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has guided more than 70 labor dispatching companies in Zhongshan to establish an alliance for labor dispatching, and have a standing record of the employment situations of enterprises, so as to access the dynamic information of enterprise employment demands at any time and guide enterprises to carry out "employee sharing".
Zhongshan has built an information platform and set up fixed-point monitoring for more than 2,400 key enterprises, which covers more than 610,000 employees.
