“We took silicone sealant products to China Academy of Railway Sciences in 2010; the products were tested in Wuhan Inter-city Railway in October of 2012; in the same year Project Silicone Sealant was set up by scientific and technological departments and the product became major new product of Guangdong Province. This January our Zhongshan Scientific and Technological Program project “Research, Development and Application of Silicon Products in High-speed Railway” was approved in the expert debate. Tang Wanxiong, the general manager of Zhongshan Bo’xing Scientific and Technological Development Ltd., Co., on January 27 told that this silicon sealant material could be used not only in high-speed railway, but also in civil architectures.

In recent year products researched and developed by Boxing Scientific and Technological Company have passed inspection of many authentic inspection organizations located in Beijing Railway Science and Engineering Center of China Academy of Railway Sciences. The products have been applied in Lanzhou-Xinjiang Passenger Railway, Ningbo-Hangzhou Passenger Railway and other high-speed railway projects, parking lots and speed bumps. These products are also widely used in civil architectures.
