"Warm Lantern Festival, Happy gathering" 100-seat "Poon Choi" feast was held in Qichuang social worker comprehensive service center of Western District yesterday afternoon, where around 100 elderly in need and their relatives and neighbors from Western District gather together and enjoy the vegetarian "Poon Choi" dishes.

This activity is mainly held for the elderly in need from the Western District including old people who live alone, empty-nesters, Shidu elderly (the old parents who have lost their only child), disabled elderly, low-income elderly. Presently there are about 80 households of elderly in need (living-alone or disable elderly) in the Western District.
