Mr. Cai and his notebooks

Mr. Cai, a retired civil servant, is 84 years old now. He has a 31-year-old hobby of noting down anecdotes from newspapers and magazines. Mr. Cai started his hobby in 1960s and didn’t stop until his retirement in 1991. Mr. Cai said in a smile that he has a dream. He hopes what he has noted down is useful and can be passed down from generation to generation.
