With the nearing of the 4th Plenary Session of the 12th NPC (National People’s Congress) and the 4th Plenary Session of the 12th National Committee of CPPCC (Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference), three Zhongshan deputies to NPC, Mayor Chen Lingxian, former president He Youlin of Zhongshan Memorial Middle School and Director Zhang Chuanwei of Mingyang Group, have arrived in Beijing yesterday with other deputies from Guangdong Province.

Shouldering the hopes of 3 million Zhongshan citizens, the three deputies expressed that they are ready to voice their suggestions on issues vital to the development of Zhongshan.
