Co-sponsored by Zhongshan Women's Federation and the Western District Office, the first Zhongshan (the Western District) Women and Children Culture Festival was held yesterday morning at Tianyue Square in the Western District of Zhongshan. Focusing on public welfare, the one-month long culture festival provides consultation services in terms of healthcare, birth of the second child, family education, and so on.
