Blue Sky Homeland is widely known in Ten County. The deeper in the mountains, the more villagers know about the non-profit organization. It is six years since Zhongshan Blue Sky Homeland was set up in March of 2010. Its members have left their footprints on almost every mountain in Tengxian County. The students they help often live in the mountains.
It is a special non-profit organization. For the past six years, they have combined outdoor travel and helping poor students. The organization appeals to Zhongshan citizens for one-to-one constant help to the poor students in the mountain areas. This way of helping the poor students is a good supplement to governmental help. So far, over 200 students benefit from the organization.
