The Swingles
The Swingles enjoying the reputation of vocal symphony orchestra was established by the pianist and composer Ward Swingle in 1962. As a pioneer embarking on the tide of acappella, the 50-year-old chorus has won five Grammy awards. Ward adapts Bach’s law of averages and release an album, which wins them the best chorus and best new artist in 1963 Grammy Award. Since then, Swingles become very popular internationally and this is their first visit to China.
