The draw for the allocation of the second batch of public rental apartments was held yesterday morning at Zhongshan Bureau of Housing and Construction. The draw has been witnessed by deputies of Zhongshan People’s Congress, representatives of Zhongshan Housing Committee, and reporters. 48 low income families got qualification for new public rental apartments. The whole process of the draw is open and transparent.
According to personnel from Zhongshan Public Housing Service Center, the municipal government provided 103 public rental apartments for the draw. All the apartments are in Qi’an Garden, a public housing community. 48 low income families are qualified for the second batch of public rental apartments.
