12 projects were signed in the 2016 Banfu Business Fair held on Mar. 25. The assigned projects, which have a total investment of 3.26 billion Yuan, cover new energy vehicles, electric appliance, agriculture, health care, and real estate. The widely anticipated Guangdong Xiaolan New Energy Vehicle Project has been officially signed.

It is learned that the new district on the west river bank in Banfu Town has been confirmed as Zhongshan’s smart equipment manufacturing industrial park which has a high-level planning. The development investment of the industrial park totaled 2.8 billion Yuan. The investment has reached 700 million Yuan so far. Furong Bridge with an investment of 150 million Yuan has been completed. The construction of the two way 8-lane main road in the industrial park has been started. Construction of other infrastructure facilities, including electricity, water supply, drainage system, and afforestation have also been started. The industrial park has been certified by as “Guabngdong Smart Equipment Manufacturing Demonstration Base”.
