As the first public welfare development center established in Zhongshan, Liangdu Public Welfare Park, located in Southern District, opens today. It is another welfare event closely concerning the interest of people following the 1st Public Welfare Festival of Southern District 2015. The park is built under collaboration of Zhongshan Social Work Committee and Southern District Agency. The 15 public service platforms will provide one-stop service for the people; it also suggests a new method with the social administration in the local community.
