The foundation ceremony of Zhongshan Incubator Union & Road show activity of International Science and Technology Cooperation Projects was held in Zhongshan Overseas Students Pioneer Park on 11th April, and over 30 incubators officially united together to greatly promote participation into road show and attract more projects.

At present, there are 2 national and 4 provincial incubators in Zhongshan. The first incubator is the comprehensive incubator founded in September, 2004 by Management Committee of Torch Development Zone to support the SMEs. After identified as the national High-Tech Service Center in by Ministry of Science and Technology in 2005, it has co-worked with Zhongshan Overseas Students Pioneer Park and Zhongshan Torch Productivity Promotion Center at present. In the beginning of April in 2016, the Scientific and technological enterprise Incubator of Torch National Health Base has been approved as the National Scientific and Technological Enterprise Incubator, being the 2nd national one in Zhongshan.
