Zhongshan CPPCC Chair Qiu Shuhong signed an agreement with Shenzhen CPPCC Vice Executive Chair Liu Runhua on 11th morning, starting a new page of cooperation in CPPCC administration and normal communication. Shenzheng CPPCC Vice Chair Zhang Xiaoli and Zhongshan CPPCC Vice Chair Ma Zhigang attended the agreement ceremony.

Qiu Shuhong makes the points that the two places have a lot in common and also a lot in differences due to their geographical separation by the Pearl River. Their differences are just the best causes and conditions for cooperation and mutual supplementation. He tells that the two local CPPCCs can get connected culturally before the Bridge is complete. Zhongshan CPPCC can learn the forefront theories and practices from Shenzhen CPPCC and transfer the experience of Shenzhen CPPCC into the fruits of Zhongshan CPPCC. According to the agreement the two CPPCCs will start friendly communication through regular mutual visits and integrate resources for the project cooperation system. They will also organize learning exchanges, thematic training and visits from time to time for positive interactions of personnel. The two parties decide to set up a special work team in charge of implementation of the agreement, including exchange and cooperation planning, plan launching and coordinating.
