After a global cycling sharing session held yesterday morning, Lai Likun and his teammates took ship at Zhongshan Port to Hong Kong for the transfer flight to Canada where they will start their American cycling journey. According to Lai Likun, the cycling journey from North America to South America will take about one year. The team is expected to cycle across Canada, the United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Panama before arriving in Argentina.

Started from Shunde in Nov, 2009, Lai Likun plans to cycle around the globe. He has cycled across 51 countries in the past 5 years. The cycling mileage has totaled more than 10 million km. Many people provide the cycling team boarding and money along the way. They use the money saved for charity. Lai Likun has organized 35 philanthropic activities by Aug, 2015. The donation totaled 130 thousand Yuan.
