National Middle School and Primary School Dragon-Lion Championship came to an end on April 4 in Beijing. Shalang Primary School Team wins the second place in the traditional Southern Lion event. The school hopes to build into a “national middle school and primary school dragon-lion educational base” further promoting Zhongshan’s dragon-lion culture.

In order to better carry out “The National Dragon Dancing and Lion Dancing Promotion Program for Middle School and Primary School”, to spread the traditional Chinese culture, to promote sunny sport activities in schools and improve the physical quality of present students, Chinese Middle School Sport Association hosted the fourth National Dragon-Lion Championship for Middle School and Primary School Students in Beijing on April 1-4. Shalang Primary School participated in the event on behalf of Zhongshan.

The organizers also held thematic exhibitions. The calligraphic pieces, drawings, photos by Shaliang Primary School students participated in the exhibition and won an excellent prize.
