The commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the birthday of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, as well as the opening ceremony of yoosure for students from Chinese mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao & Sun Yat-sen Cultural Tourism Festival opened in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Secondary School yesterday afternoon. Qiu Shuhong, president of CPPCC Zhongshan Committee, attends the ceremony and 115 students from Hong Kong and Macao attend yoosure.

In the opening ceremony, Zhongshan Tourism Bureau puts forward three yoosure routes, namely, tracing the history of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Secondary School open to students groups abroad, and reading & tour in Zhongshan. The three routes will enrich the content of yoosure in Zhongshan, uplift the reputation, and attract more students from across the Strait, Hong Kong, and Macao.
CPPCC Zhongshan Committee and UESTC Zhongshan Institute co-hold a cultural forum on Dr. Sun Yat-sen. After the ceremony, students from Chinese mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao plant an osmanthus tree in the campus representing evergreen friendship and close connection.
