Zhongshan-Chaozhou Art and Literary Week opened in Chaozhou as a major cultural event between Zhongshan and Chaozhou on May 14. It is hoped that cooperation and communication can go deep in fields literature, fine arts, calligraphy, local opera, music and folk arts through such a cultural event.

Zhongshan Federation of Literature and Art organized a delegation of nearly 40 people to attend the event. They will exhibit works in diverse fields.

According to the people in charge, this cultural week will organize a calligraphic and drawing exhibition, a folk arts exhibition, a cultural show, a literary and artistic contest and a literary and artistic seminar.
