Several hundred children of local and newcomer citizens from the Eastern District, Shiqi District, and Xiaolan Town gathered yesterday afternoon to celebrate Children's Day. Liang Lixian, Director of United Front Work Department, attended the activity and sent greetings to children.

Zhongshan Women and Children's Center presented a well-prepared gift to children: the original song Realizing Dream by Joining Hands. The opening dance presented by students from Zhuyuan Primary School was based on the song. Performances including chorus, dance, school drama, and signing with action won loud applause from the audience.
