On Aug. 28, the symposium for the 30th Anniversary of Sun Yat-sen Research Association was held at Dachong Gallery in Dachong Town. About 30 members including Sun Bisheng, a close relative of Sun Yat-sen attended the symposium. At the symposium, experts discussed how to inherit and develop Sun Yat-sen spirit in the new era. After heated discussion, all the members reached a consensus: the spread of Sun Yat-sen spirit should make use of the Internet which can attract the attention teenagers and overseas Zhongshanese.

Commissioned by Tang Ying, Director of the Propaganda Department of CPC Zhongshan Municipal Committee, Deputy Director Peng Xiaoxin delivered a speech at the symposium. Peng Xiaoxin hoped the members of the research association to base their study on facts and to study Sun Yat-sen spirit from new perspectives.
