The "Xiangshan Craftsman Cup" Zhongshan Prepared Dish (Cantonese Cured Meat) Skills Competition 2022 was held in Huangpu Town on December 25, bringing together 25 teams from across the city.
Divided into two events, Traditional Production of Cantonese Cured Meat and Culinary Skills of Cantonese Cured Meat, the competition aimed to encourage more industrial workers to pay attention to skills, learn skills and sharpen skills, to create a team of industrial workers and high-quality skilled talent that adapts to the development trend of the modern cured meat industry for Zhongshan, and promote the high-quality development of the prepared dish industry.
