The Zhongshan Cuisine Culture Carnival took place during the just-ended Mid-Autumn and National Day holidays. Among all the splendid activities, the highly anticipated Greater Bay Area Cantonese Cuisine Chef Skills Competition attracted over 100 Cantonese cuisine chefs to compete on stage.
