Is it possible to have a sip of Italian wine and make a taste of Italian finger food without going abroad? Yes, the Foodstuffs Trade Fair makes it possible. 30 world-famous Italian food companies, including 14 wine manufacturers and 16 snack food companies, have registered as a team for 2010 China International Foodstuffs Trade Fair (Huangpu, Zhongshan), representing the first-ever trade presence of food industry in Zhongshan.

The previous fairs have seen the appearance of Italian food companies, but only one or two. Based on a deep investigation to Zhongshan’s preserved meat industry and the fair itself, 30 Italian enterprises decided to participate as a team in this year’s foodstuff trade fair as the first step to expand China’s market and seek more cooperation partners. Preliminary agreements on purchase have been reached between some enterprises and all the exhibits have been shipped to Zhongshan from Junly to the end of Oct.
