Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited, a leading enterprise management software and middleware provider in Asia-Pacific region, held the press conference yesterday afternoon, announcing its portfolio acquisition of Eatsun Network Co. Ltd in Zhongshan.
Founded in 2000, Eatsun Company has developed into the most influential software supplier of food and entertainment in China, owning 13 software systems which cover every aspect of this field. Its clients include 2,200 famous chain restaurants with nearly 1 million customers, such as Hong Kong Taixing Food Company and Seaport Catering Company. Its software has been selected to support the Shanghai Expo, as the exclusive ordering system of Guangdong dish in the expo this May.

Software of Eatsun Company has been applied in chain restaurants in the whole country, and thus attracting attention from the principals of Kingdee. The acquisition has begun since September 2009 and reached consensus in this November. After acquisition, Kingdee will set up food and entertainment department, incorporating market, production, customers and talents of Eatsun Company to realize the upgrading and transformation of the service industry, and thus providing a unified solution.
