Yesterday, the Parkson Grand Department Store signed a contract with the Xingzhong Plaza to become one of the major stores in the plaza. Chen Hanmin, chief operating officer of the Parkson Grand Department Store, said that this is sort of “one-stop” large department, whose business covers “shopping, catering, and even education”. One can spend 6 to 8 hours wandering about in the store, and about 1000 stuff are to be employed.

The Lion Group, the largest and most successful retail chain store in Malaysia, is a multinational enterprise developing from an iron and steel plant. At present, it has 48 commercial networks in China. It is said that the Parkson Grand Department Store has become the largest project proposal for investment, covering an area of 23000 square meters, which is about 1/4 of the total area of the plaza. The Parkson Grand Department Store in Xingzhong plaza is to be opened in Oct, 2012.
