Zhongshan shipbuilders intentionally cooperate with foreign research institutes for technological upgrading and attract a succession of orders from some world-renowned companies. In the opinion of GMG Marine Heavy Industries Ltd chairman Li Tongan, they received an order of 15 ships this year with 11 ships under construction.
