ProLogis, the largest developer and service provider of distribution facilities worldwide, signed a contract with Western District Office to build a logistics park. The first project is planed to be finished at the end of this year.

ProLogis now has developed 60 logistics parks in 18 domestic cities, and the total investment has surpassed 10 billion yuan. The outstanding geographic advantages of Zhongshan in the PRD region were the prime reason for its investment.

The logistics park, which covers an area of 66.67 hectares, will provide comprehensive service to manufacturers, retailers and logistics companies in Zhongshan and the PRD region.
