“The Capital of Cosmetics” in China is located in Torch High-tech Industrial Development Zone where the largest medical cosmetics base in Asia will be built. The project invested by Majestyvalve Packing Company will uplift the influence of Zhongshan cosmetic industry in China.

Since the construction of “the Capital of Cosmetics” in 2008, hundreds of enterprises have come for field survey and dozens of projects are under negotiation. Large companies including Deshang Weiye, Majestyvalve Packing, Euro-Asia Packing have settled down. National Health Technology Park has been planning the second phase of “the Capital of Cosmetics”, preparing to build some standard factories.

Three-fourths of China’s cosmetic enterprises are located in Guangdong Province, and the scale of Zhongshan’s cosmetic industry ranks in the forefront with the production volume totaling over 2.9 billion yuan in 2009, up by 19.3% year-on-year.

“The Capital of Cosmetics” is planned strictly following the relevant standards and provides preferential conditions for enterprises to manufacture high-quality products and build famous brands. Besides three bases of R&D, production and logistics, it also built national-level cosmetic inspection center, trading platforms for cosmetic raw materials and cosmetics, and talents training base, boasting the high standards and industrial clusters advantages.
