It is reported that all the 13 industrial transfer parks chosen for 2009 Guangdong Target Responsibility Assessment Project reached the requirements, among which, the Zhongshan (Dawang, Zhaoqing) Industrial Transfer Park ranked the second and was awarded the title of “Excellence”.

In August of 2008, the Zhongshan (Dawang, Zhaoqing) Industrial Transfer Park, jointly established by Zhongshan and Zhaoqing city, became one of the first demonstration industrial transfer parks of Guangdong Province and was provided 500 million Yuan as support funds. Now, the industrial park further completed its infrastructure and attracted investment from 195 enterprises with total investment of 61.794 billion Yuan. With an investment of 18.42 billion Yuan, 111 of the 195 enterprises have put into production. The industrial park is located in Zhaoqing Hi-tech Zone which was upgraded to a state-level hi-tech zone last year.
