Recently, Palm Gardening signed with Liaocheng City a contract totaled 1.7 billion Yuan which is 1.3 times higher than last year’s operating revenue. The contract means that Palm Garden has taken a big step toward the exploration of urban gardening engineering.

According to the contract, Palm Gardening is responsible for the landscape design and construction of the Tuhai River landscape engineering project which applies the BT mode. The construction work is supposed to start on June 25, 2011 and complete on June 25, 2014. To some extent, the three-year project will influence the company’s business performance from the year 2011 to 2015.

Early this year, Palm Gardening became the controlling shareholder of Weifang Shengwei Gardening with 38.8 million Yuan. Of the 38.8 million Yuan, 10.5 million Yuan is paid-in capital and 28.3 million Yuan is capital accumulation fund. After the capital and share increase, Palm Gardening became the controlling shareholder of Weifang Shengwei Gardening, holding 51% of Weifang Shengwei Gardening’s share, which will enhance Palm Gardening’s competitiveness in Shangdong and northern China.

Palm Gardening’s urban gardening is expected to grow rapidly with a 15% occupation in the revenue of 2011 and a 30% occupation in 2012 and afterwards.
