Zhongshan Torch Development Zone and Jiamusi City of Heilongjiang Province begin a new chapter of cooperation. On the morning of September 18, the costruction of the "Jiamusi-Zhongshan Industrial Park" was launched. This project was jointly built by Guangdong Datang Shengshi Science and Technology Industry Co Ltd, a Zhongshan-based incubator in Torch Development Zone, and Heilongjiang Orient Science & Technology Co Ltd.

The industrial park covers an area of 50,000 square meters and is divided into three sections. They are the incubator, accelerator, and shared workshop. The plan is to invest 48 million yuan in the project.

The "Jiamusi-Zhongshan Industrial Park" is a new type of ecological and industrial empowered industrial park with the functions of industrial incubation, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, investment and financing, shared proofing, shared pilot test, shared production, and brand service platform.

The two sides will press for the effective integration of technologies and markets, creativity and resources, capital and talent, entrepreneurship, and innovation between the north and south. The establishment of the Jiamusi-Zhongshan Industrial Park will provide a two-way platform for mutual economic exchange.
