Despite the epidemic, BV-Fairweather Inspection & Consultants Co Ltd (BV) took its time and completed the tax registration last week, starting operation at Man Sum Information Technology & Science Industrial Park (MSITSP) in Zhongshan's Sanjiao Town. This company is invested and built by Bureau Veritas, a well-known French inspection and testing certification institute.

The head of the Investment Promotion Office of Sanjiao Town explained that at present, the Park has not only welcomed Bureau Veritas, but also Germany's century-old inspection and testing certification institute Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker (VDE), well-known American inspection and testing certification institute Underwriters Laboratories Inc (UL), and three other well-known domestic inspection and testing companies. This marks the initial success of Zhongshan's inspection and testing agglomeration area with the efforts of Sanjiao Town. After fully constructed, this agglomeration area can serve the whole Greater Bay Area.

At present, the second phase of MSITSP is under construction, with a total land area of 240 mu (about 160,000 square meters). It is expected to be put into use in 2021.
