The first HLJ-GD (Heilongjiang-Guangdong) Scientific and Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Conference was held at Guangdong Datang Shengshi Science and Technology Industry Co Ltd in Zhongshan a few days ago.

Zhongshan-Jiamusi (HLJ-GD) Incubation Base, the first HLJ-GD two-way incubation base in Guangdong, was unveiled and settled in Torch Development Zone. Datang Shengshi signed incubation agreements with 8 enterprises including Heilongjiang Jiankanglirisi Medical Device Technology Co Ltd.

In September 2018, Jiamusi High-tech Entrepreneurship Service Center and Datang Shengshi signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly operate the Jiamusi High-tech Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base. Datang Shengshi proposed an innovative "two-way incubation" mode and introduced some high-quality projects from Jiamusi into Zhongshan.

"Many of our incubated enterprises have made mature scientific and technological achievements and can conduct two-way incubation in Torch Development Zone," said Li Yinqiao, director of Jiamusi High-tech Entrepreneurship Service Center, adding that the Jiamusi High-tech Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base has attracted 127 enterprises since it was completed more than a year ago.
