Shirong Intelligent Industrial Park, a major project in Zhongshan, is located on the Longtang Section of the Tanzhou Expressway. It opened to public on the morning of May 25.

The Phase I includes four 9-story, 50-meter-high factories, with an area of 73,000 square meters. It has attracted entrepreneurs from Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Dongguan and Shenzhen.

With a total investment of 1 billion yuan and a floor area of 125 mu, the park will comprehensively include all aspects of industry, integrating headquarters operation, R&D, production, living and commercial facilities for employees, high-end intelligent manufacturing, biomedicine, medical equipment, and other high-tech industries.

The construction will be completed in 3 phases. The first and second ones are to provide factories for enterprises with high-tech enterprise qualifications.
