The Shidun Electric Industrial Park, located in the China Lighting Capital Intelligent Manufacturing Base of West Industrial Park in Guzhen, began construction recently.

Situated on Meili Road in Guzhen Town, the Shidun Electric Industrial Park  covers an area of 52 mu, with an investment of 370 million yuan. It will focus on new materials and new technologies of switch production as well as R&D and production of ultra-thin conjoined switch socket and intelligent switch socket. The project is expected to be completed by the end of August 2022 and put into operation by the end of 2022.

In accordance with environmentally friendly factory standards, the park will be designed and built to integrate research and development, sales and manufacturing. The industrial park also aims to go public in the future.

Wang Biao, general manager of Zhongshan Shidun Electric Co Ltd, said that the Park will be able to produce over 150 million switch sockets annually upon completion, with an annual output value of more than 800 million yuan. It will also strive to become a model enterprise for the national electrical industry and lead the way in the fields of digitalization and automation.
