The main structure of the electronic industrial base for intelligent equipment of Zhongshan Torch Industries Group sealed its top on October 11. It is a municipal key project and the only model "Three-old Renovation" (renovation of old towns, old factories and odl villages" project in Torch Development Zone.

The project laid a foundation on December 12, 2019. Covering a total land area of 115 mu (about 7.67 hectares), 28 mu of which was demolished for new factories, it includes an 100,000-square-meter new third-generation factory building, 1 floor underground as garage and 9 floors above ground, with a height of 49.8 meters. The project is of a total investment of 320 million yuan, and its estimated added output value will exceed 1 billion yuan upon completion, generate a tax revenue of 50 million yuan.
