The Fusha Headquarter Office for Upgrading and Reconstruction of Industrial Clusters was unveiled on November 26. The plan to upgrade the "Luosong-Dayou" area, which covers an area of 1,777 mu (about 118.5 hectares), was made public on the same day.
According to the planning, Fusha will give priority to infrastructure construction, build common R&D platforms and a number of digital workshops and eco-friendly factories to make an intensive, clustered modern industrial park that covers an area of over 1,000 mu (66.7 hectares).
Fusha Town has identified the Shangnan Village, Luo Song and Luo Song-Dayou areas as the locations for industrial revitalization and will implement the transformation step by step. The Luosong-Dayou area will be upgraded first and will be built into a modern industrial park and a model city-industry integration area in northern Zhongshan. Modern industries such as smart home, electronic information and intelligent equipment manufacturing will be introduced and developed here, covering product design, intelligent manufacturing, digitalization, e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, and production services.
Fusha Town has made business negotiations with many institutions with rich experience in old factory renovation and modern industrial park construction. It hopes to bring economic benefits and improve the quality of urban life through the renovation and upgrading of the areas.
