The Dongxing Community reconstruction project in Dongfeng Town, which covers an area of about 1,200 mu (80 hectares), was launched on November 30. After renovation, the Dongxing area is expected to have an improved annual output value of 3 billion yuan and a tax revenue of 120 million yuan.

Dongxing Community is included in Zhongshan's annual Urban Renewal Implementation Plan, and its renovation is expected to reach completion in 5 years. It will be built into a modern "commercial, industrial, livable, ecological" community with complete public facilities, upgraded and optimized industrial structure, comfortable living and ecology environment.

It is reported that the new Dongxing Community is positioned as a Bay Area Smart Home Manufacturing Center that integrates brand marketing, innovation headquarters, R&D and incubation, manufacturing, production services and other features. It is hoped to create a model for industrial, spatial and cultural reconstruction.
