The construction of the resettlement industrial park in Shenwan Town started on the morning of April 15 with a huge roar in Waisha Village. The industrial park will provide more than 110,000 square meters of high-quality factory buildings to over 10 enterprises.

Pang Qiuyi, general manager of Zhongshan Qingyi Hardware Co Ltd, the first enterprise to start construction on this industrial land parcel, said with delight: "The government tracked the approval of the project plot throughout the whole process and greatly shortened the processing time from 3 months to 20 days, which makes us the first industrial transformation enterprise in Shenwan Town and strengthens our confidence in staying in Shenwan for further development."

The Shenwan Town government has also allocated a special support fund of 10 million yuan and a series of preferential policies to provide enterprises in the industrial park to carry out resettlement, including one-time incentive of up to 300,000 yuan, subsidy of 20% of the relocation cost, rent subsidy, etc.
