Zhongshan has approved the "all-in-one" renovation scheme of the Waisha Science and Innovation Park in Shenwan Town, which involves 3 land parcels that cover a total area of 78.9 mu (about 5.26 hectares). At present, the registration for the original untransferable real estate ownership certificate has been revoked, and the renovation project is being publicized. The publicization process will last until the end of this month when the renovation plan is expected to begin construction.
"All-in-one" refers to transfering the equity of state-owned construction land of multiple property rights subjects, who are eligible for carrying out "three-old transform" (old town, old factory and old village), to one single property holder.
According to the plan, Waisha Science and Innovation Park will be built into a diversified modern industrial park covering such areas as intelligent equipment manufacturing, electronic information equipment, new materials, high-end medical equipment, laser additive manufacturing and precision instruments, with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan. The pakr will include 636,100 square meters of factory buildings.
On January 4 this year, the construction of the first plot of the park was started, planning to build 200,000 square meters of high-quality factories this year.
