The headquarters base project for the R&D, sales and production of silicone optical materials of Guangdong Doneson New Materials Co Ltd, the first public land based financial and production expansion project in Banfu Town under the "rapid groundbreaking" policy, started construction on the morning of July 20.

This project is a key investment attraction project in Zhongshan. It is located inside the Banfu Intelligent Equipment Park, with an land area of 30 mu and a total construction area of over 50,000 square meters. It is expected to be completed in 2027, with an annual output value of 600 million yuan.

Doneson Company was established in 2012 in Banfu Town and its net profits exceeded 50 million yuan in 2021. The company focuses on the R&D, production and sales of new materials such as silicone, UV curing and polyurethane materials.

Doneson also plans to become listed on the Second-board Market in 2025.

At present, 31 projects have signed contracts to settle in the Banfu Intelligent Equipment Park, with a total investment of 11.86 billion yuan and an estimated output value of 19.73 billion yuan.
