The 2022 China E-Commerce Convention was held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing on September 1. At the opening ceremony, Qian Fangli, director of the Department of Electronic Commerce and Informatization of the Ministry of Commerce, announced the 14 bases including Zhongshan's E-Park newly selected as the 2022 National Model E-commerce Bases. E-Park is also the only in Guangdong Province and the first in Zhongshan to be included in the list this year.
E-Park, located in East District, covers an area of 105 mu, with a building area of about 100,000 square meters.
Guangdong Huizhi Urban Industry Service Group is the operation service provider of E-Park. In response to the collective demands of e-commerce enterprises in Zhongshan and marketing "Made in Zhongshan" products in overseas areas, Huizhi has gathered more than 300 enterprises in E-Park engaged in cross-border e-commerce, brand e-commerce, live-streaming e-commerce and related business and provides a series of closed-loop operation support services such as e-commerce training, entrepreneurial guidance, incubation and cultivation, TechFin, talent-related services, and government-enterprise coordination services.
From 2021 through the first half of 2022, E-Park recorded a transaction volume of more than 3.6 billion yuan from all e-commerce enterprises in the park, up 39.1% year-on-year. The revenue of all e-commerce enterprises in the park totaled 1.83 billion yuan, up 20.5% year-on-year.
