The aging production plants of the Baoxuhan Industrial Park in Nantou town started to be dismantled on September 6.

In the future, the Zhongshan Geluhua Household headquarters building (Baoxuhan Park), an industrial complex integrating R&D, manufacturing, corporate headquarters and supporting services, will be built here.

The project located in the Wisdom City area in Nantou Town covers an area of about 12.3 mu and a total building area of 28,700 square meters. Zhongshan Geluhua Household Products Co Ltd will invest 100 million yuan in the renovation to increase the estimated output value to 75 million yuan from the previous 42 million yuan, with an annual tax payment amount of 2.5 million yuan. The project will also create nearly 500 jobs.

With 305 employees, Zhongshan Gelluhua Household Products Co Ltd is an intelligent home appliance maker specializing in the production of USB-charged appliances. It recorded an output value of 42 million yuan and tax revenue of 1.68 million yuan in 2021. The company produces 800,000 USB-charged mini water pumps each month, accounting for about 60% of the global market.
