The Zhongshan Dongfeng Town Industrial Planning Hall (Investment Promotion Center) and the Fengming Speech Valley Smart Home Appliance Industrial Park were unveiled and started investment promotion on the morning of September 13. The first batch of home appliance enterprises from Guangzhou, Foshan and other places signed contracts to settle in the park.

Dongfeng Town, known as "China's Small Household Appliance Innovation Base" and "World-class Household Appliance Industry Cluster in the GBA", is taking the lead in attracting investment for the first smart home appliance industrial park in Zhongshan.

The Fengming Speech Valley Smart Home Appliance Industrial Park, co-founded by China State Construction International Investment Limited, Zhongshan Dongfeng Town Collective Assets Management Co Ltd and Foshan Zhaofeng Investment Co Ltd, is expected to become a smart home appliance industrial park based on iFLYTEK's AI technologies.

The project settled in Yongyi Village in February this year. It plans to build an urban industrial complex with a land area of about 102 mu and a building area of about 260,000 square meters. The park is expected to be completed in the first half of 2024, with an estimated overall output up to 1.2 billion yuan and a tax revenue of over 60 million yuan in the future.
